June Fun

In between traveling, we have managed to fit in a little fun at home.  On National Doughnut Day we went to Krispy Kreme for a free doughnut.  Since Hank can't have them, we made a batch of beignets to bring along.  Pretty sweet way to start the day.
To celebrate the end of 7th grade, Hailey wanted to burn all her homework!
This homework is on fire!  :)  Later 7th grade!
Camp Karlie!  Karlie put together an entire day camp for her siblings.  She planned a pancake breakfast, archery, water balloons, work outs, baking, smoothies, board games and S'mores.
Complete with sleeping in a tent!  When it's 100 outside, the tent has to be inside.  Kaitlin decided her comfy bed was better but these two monkeys and Siri wanted the tent experience.  Karlie is such a great teacher and sweet big sister.
Sunday Funday.  Pool and Food are pretty much our favorite pastimes.
Max grilled up the best brisket I have ever had.  Since tasting BBQ all across America, I feel I am qualified to say it is really exceptional.
I found the National Calendar Day website, which is a dangerous thing.  Now we can pretty much celebrate something everyday!  My poor children have to put up with me.  Had to get some Bomb Pops for National Bomb Pop Day.  Yes, there is an official day for it.
On Sunglasses Day we headed to Marshalls to play in the free A/C and snap a selfie with sunglasses. Our future is so bright we have to wear shades...
Waffles on Waffel Iron Day, not to be confused with National Waffle Day.  I can't believe summer is half over.  We are having so much fun together.  July will be full of fun too!  Let the celebrations continue...
